HDMI Sink is default and works fine

Tested on 17.07.2024, default sink is HDMI, not built-in audio. HDMI audio works, but the I2S errors still appear.

If I understand correctly what you are saying, when you boot the default selected audio sink is the analog jack output, which does not work , and you need to manually select the HDMI sink to get audio?

After the Scarthgap update, the default audio sink is the integrated bcm audio on RaspberryPi 4 instead of the HDMI sink.
The default audio sink is currently broken reporting I2S errors:
Switching the audio sink manually to HDMI with wpctl works fine.
