OSPO-EG Charter Draft
The OSPO Expert Group is responsible for promoting contributions to open source software by engineers in automotive industry. OSPO-EG activity covers the following:
- Encourage companies to launch their OSPO
- Offer a place to share pain points and best practices to resolve them
- Publish documents of the best practices for common pain points
- Reach out companies outside AGL community and invite them
- (tentative) Encourage open discussion of improvement for OSS development model within the industry

- → In case of Toyota, everyone is parttime (and busy)
- How to keep consistency with (or transitional replacement/improvement of) existing processes
- github account (unified/separate? cost burden?)
- monitoring employee community activity
- Accounting process of software asset (Tax Office facing)
- Looks like it depend on countries (and companies?). At least in Japan, VERY painful. On the contrary, this issue does not exist in Germany.

- Actually, I don't know well how I can proceed this work. Especially, what should be approved and by whom?
